When you select Cash on Delivery at checkout, an extra ₹200 COD handling charge is paid online in advance via UPI / Cards / Netbanking to confirm your handcrafted order. The remaining outfit balance is paid in cash to the courier at your doorstep upon delivery. (Note: 100% Prepaid orders enjoy FREE express delivery with zero extra charges!)

Once you complete your order, an official Order ID (e.g. TBD-2026-XXXXX) is generated with an on-screen receipt. An instant email confirmation containing your itemized tax invoice, payment breakdown, and live tracking link is automatically sent to your email address.

Yes! We deliver Worldwide. We ship across all serviceable pincodes in India (with Free Express Delivery on prepaid orders) as well as global destinations including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and worldwide via insured DHL / FedEx express air courier in 4-7 business days.

Domestic orders across India typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. International global express orders are delivered in 4 to 7 business days. Sizing & custom tailoring add 24-48 hours for bespoke master artisan preparation.

We provide FREE PAN India Express Delivery on all standard prepaid domestic orders. For international shipments, competitive live weight-based express courier rates (via DHL/FedEx) are calculated transparently at checkout.

The customer ships the product back to our atelier address using any reliable standard courier. Upon receiving the parcel and tracking details, a flat courier reimbursement of ₹100 is reimbursed directly to you.

We operate a strict 'NO RETURN & NO REFUND' policy. Exchanges are only valid for damaged pieces, manufacturing defects, or wrong items sent. We cannot accept exchanges or replacements for personal dislike, subjective color perception, or change of mind.

Stitched blouses, custom-tailored garments, ready-to-wear sarees, clearance sale items, and made-on-order artisanal pieces cannot be exchanged or replaced under any circumstances.

Yes! All our sarees include an attached running or contrasting unstitched blouse piece (typically 0.8m to 1.0m in length) crafted in complementary silk, satin, or embroidered fabric.

We strictly recommend Dry Clean Only for all pure silk, chanderi, organza, sequin, and zari-embellished garments to maintain their sheen and longevity. Always store in muslin or cotton covers.

Handcrafted garments with delicate embellishments naturally experience minor shifting during movement. Master tailors can easily tuck in, secure, or adjust these areas into seams and pleats during blouse and fall-pico finishing.
